Is your website just an online vanity exercise?

You made sure that your products or services are nicely presented on your website

You wrote about how good you are and you wrote lots about the product details.

You have great quality pictures

You really enjoyed writing the copy about your company and how long you’ve been around.

You’ve got some great special offers and you put these on the front page.

BUT it doesn’t seem to be bringing the flood of enquires and orders that you expected.
Can’t people see why we are so good? Are they blind or stupid?

Where have I gone wrong? Shall I try some of that social media stuff or shall I see what the local SEO “expert” can bring?

You only have yourself to blame.
You thought it was something like brochure copy so you wrote it yourself.
You made your company look really nice.
In fact you blabbed on so much about how good you are that you turned all your visitors off.
Online is not about you and your company. It’s about them and what’s in it for them.

Use a professional that has actually made money from online OR you can use a graphic designer/web designer that will flatter your ego and charge you for it.
